1. Party Oasis ("Oasis") is a private membership association not open to the general public. No one may attend any function or come onto the property of a Oasis event without being accepted as a member of Oasis and agreeing to abide by these rules. You must be at least 21 years old to apply for membership. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership to anyone.

2. An interview is required prior to joining Oasis. The purpose of this interview is to advise everyone of exactly what to expect at a Oasis event. There may be nudity and sexual activity on the premises and sexually graphic material.

3. To become a member you must be a male/female couple or single female. All memberships (except single females) are joint memberships with the couple that completed the original application. Members may only come to a Oasis event with their respective co-member. Members must arrive at an event and leave an event as a couple. When one leaves the other must leave as well.

4. Membership is on a month-to-month basis.  Active members may attend our monthly club meetings as well as have access to various discounts with our sponsoring vendors.   You can renew your membership at any time, but membership expires on the last day of each month regardless of when your membership dues where paid.  There is no exception to this rule. 

5. Single men are not allowed, under any circumstances, to attend a Oasis event unless specifically invited by a representative of Oasis. Single females may become members.

6. The Golden Rule: "NO means NO." Do not touch or initiate any sexual activity without permission or invitation to do so. Ask before you touch. Anyone may say "NO" for any reason at any time even if you are in the middle of a swinging encounter and the person(s) you are interacting with changes his/her mind and wants to stop it right there! Ignoring this rule will cause you to be removed from the premises and loss of membership. If you ask someone to engage in sex, for a phone number, to dance or to party and they say no, don't ask again. NO means NO! If they change their mind, they will ask you. No one must ever give unwanted attention to another member. If you are in a situation that makes you uncomfortable, just say "No." Men must treat ladies with the highest respect, courtesy, and must defer politely to their wishes. Any interaction between club members must be consensual and by invitation only.

7. Sexual activities are only to be engaged inside the premises and are prohibited in outside areas and areas open to public view.  This rule does not apply when the event is held at a public venue even during complete take overs.  All State and Federal laws are to be abided by during these events.

8. No glass is permitted in the pool or Jacuzzi area. Drinks should be poured into a plastic cup before entering the pool or Jacuzzi area.

9. Couples only are allowed in the bedroom areas unless a single man or woman has been invited to join them. When couples are playing, please do not assume that you can join in, ask first.

10. NO DRUGS OR WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS. It is prohibited to attend an event while under the influence of a controlled substance or drug other than alcohol. Prostitution of any kind is not allowed. Disruptive behavior, abusive language, illegal drugs/substances, knives, firearms or weapons of any kind are not permitted. ANY VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EXPULSION FROM AN EVENT AND PERMANENT LOSS OF MEMBERSHIP!

11. It is prohibited to photograph, audio or video record any activity on the premises of a Oasis event without permission. Video equipment is not permitted on the property. It is prohibited to use a cell phone as an audio, video, or photograph device while at an event without permission. Any photographs taken on the premises of a Party Oasis event must be done only with express permission.

12. Out of respect for other members, domestic quarrels are asked to be taken home.

13. Any conduct requiring an apology is grounds for expulsion.

14. No one can attend a Oasis event who has a communicable illness/disease or sexually transmittable illness/disease, including but not limited to herpes, HIV/Aids, gonorrhea, syphilis, etc. We expect anyone who wishes to attend an event to be clean. Regardless, all members should practice safe sex (condoms are supplied in all rooms).

15. There is no smoking inside the premises. No drinks or smoking on the dance floor, group room or play rooms. Smoking is allowed outside the premises.

16. Oasis does not provide alcohol, however, you may bring your own alcohol to an event so long as you are 21 or older. Persons under 21 are prohibited from drinking alcohol at events. Heavy drinking is discouraged. Visibly intoxicated guests may be refused entry. Party Oasis reserves the right to ask a guest to leave an event due to excessive consumption of alcohol.

17. You hereby acknowledge and agree:

(A) That the functions, meetings and events held by Oasis are private membership functions. You expressly acknowledge, agree and consent to be exposed to and observe conduct which will include nudity and adult sexual contact. YOU affirmatively state the aforementioned expressive conduct and activity is not offensive or lewd to YOU;

(B) That YOU will maintain the privacy rights of all other members and shall not reveal the identity of any individual, nor give, loan or sell the name(s) and contact information of any member to any other party. Furthermore, YOU agree not to record any of the members attending any function, meeting or party by photographic, video, digital, or audio recording devices without a written waiver, executed by the members(s) and a responsible personnel of Oasis;

(C) That any and all information concerning the location of functions, meetings or parties, the identity of members, or the activities shall not be disclosed to any nonmember without the express written consent of Oasis;

(D) That the voluntary membership fees paid to Oasis ARE SPECIFICALLY NOT for any sexual activity that you may observe or engage in while attending any function, meeting or party;

(E) That YOU agree not to engage in any illegal activity of any type at any function, meeting or party including, but not limited to, possession or use of a controlled substance, possession or use of illegal drugs, offering or accepting any money or consideration for any sexual activity, any sexual activity prohibited by the State of Arizona, the use of any threat or coercion, the unauthorized harmful or offensive contact with any other person and any act that would endanger the health and well being of any other person present at any function, meeting or party of Oasis;

(F) That YOU agree to expressly waive any liability of Oasis, the owners and lessees of the property upon which events are held, and hold such entities and their agents harmless for any injury or loss that you may sustain as a result of, or during your attendance or participation in any event, function, meeting or party of Oasis. Oasis is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items;

(G) That YOUR application to become a member of Oasis constitutes an express agreement with the terms and conditions set forth above and those terms and conditions which may be presented to YOU in the future as an amendment to this agreement.

18. To become a Oasis member and attend events and parties, you must read and agree to abide by all of the above rules without exception.
